Types of Feedback We Welcome
- Missing emojis — if a recently added Unicode emoji isn't in our database yet
- Incorrect names or descriptions — if an emoji's listed name or meaning seems wrong
- Copy failures — if the copy-to-clipboard function doesn't work on your device or browser
- Search improvements — if search results for a keyword are missing obvious emojis
- Feature requests — new tools, filters, or emoji-related utilities you'd find useful
- General usability feedback — anything that would make EmojiForge more helpful
Bug Report Guidelines
To help us fix issues quickly, please include:
- The emoji or page where you encountered the issue
- A description of what went wrong (e.g., "copy button doesn't work", "emoji shows as a box")
- Your device type (phone/tablet/desktop), operating system, and browser
- Any error messages you see in the browser console (if applicable)
Emoji rendering issues (an emoji showing as a box or placeholder) are almost always caused by the operating system not supporting that emoji version — but please report them anyway so we can add a note on those pages.
Feature Request Process
We are constantly working to expand and improve EmojiForge. When requesting a new feature, describe the specific task you're trying to accomplish. User feedback directly shapes our development priorities. We'll acknowledge every request and let you know if and when we plan to implement it.
